Texas food championship - Seeking “CHEFEREES”
Saturday, September 26th
Two shift times available: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm (1st shift) or 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm (2nd shift)
Water’s edge park
The Texas Food Championship is launching in Corpus Christi from September 25th - 27th at Water’s Edge Park. YPCB has been invited to volunteer in a special role right in the Kitchen Arena to support all 150 chefs during the competition in 10 food categories. Gear up to work in pairs as “Cheferees” to assist the chefs, locate any special items, and assist with the final presentation dish for judging.
Volunteers will receive a weekend pass, Cheferee shirt, and meal ticket!
Volunteers are needed in many other times/days if you are unavailable to volunteer with our group, and would like to still show up and show out! Link here for more times.
Kids get in free and there will be a “Parent Lounge”!
